DNBSEQ-T7+
Powering Ultra-High-Troughput
Genomics at Scale
The DNBSEQ-T7+ is the most powerful ultra-high-throughput sequencer available today. With extreme daily output of over 14 Tb
in 24 hours, true multi-omics flexibility through independently controlled flow cells, and economics at scale enabled by DNBSEQ™
technology, it delivers Q40 accuracy without the tradeoffs typical of other high-throughput platforms.
Extreme Daily Output
14+ Tb generated in 24 hours

True Multi-Omics Flexibility
Run four flow cells independently

Economics at Scale
$1/Gb or $100 per human genome
Power Through Your Sequencing Projects
With a daily output over 14 Tb, DNBSEQ-T7+ can generate up to 35,000 whole human genomes sequencing (WGS)* per year. From library loading through DNA nanoball (DNB) generation, sequencing, and post-run washing, the entire workflow is completed within 24 hours. FASTQ files are generated while sequencing is in progress, allowing the next run to begin immediately. The system is fully automated, enabling walk-away operation after loading and minimal hands-on time between runs.
* This number is based on 313 working days (6 days per week for 52 weeks).

Run Multi-Omics Research on One Platform
DNBSEQ-T7+ is equipped with four independently controlled flow cells, allowing each to be run separately or in parallel. No other ultra-high-throughput sequencer combines this level of scale and flexibility in a single platform. This unique architecture makes DNBSEQ-T7+ ideal for both large-genome projects and multi-omics research, enabling WGS, WGMS, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics to be run on the same instrument.
Based on a 300-day operational model, the DNBSEQ-T7+ delivers an annual capacity of 33,600 WGS samples, significantly outperforming the conventional high-throughput sequencer (~20,000 samples) shown as Platform X below. Leveraging four independent flow cells, the DNBSEQ-T7+ provides the unique flexibility to distribute this capacity across a high-impact mixed workload—supporting 8,400 WGS, 7,200 WGMS, 6,000 Single-Cell, and 3,600 Spatial Transcriptomics samples annually— maximizing instrument utilization across diverse applications.

Q40 Accuracy Without the Premium
DNBSEQ technology minimizes clonal amplification errors, eliminates index hopping, and achieves remarkably low duplication rates. By using Rolling Circle Replication (RCR) to generate DNA nanoballs (DNBs) directly from the original templates, we ensure high-fidelity data with $Q40 > 90%— all while significantly reducing sequencing costs compared with other platforms.
With sequencing costs as low as approximately $1 per Gb or $100 per human genome, DNBSEQ-T7+ allows researchers to scale their studies and accelerate discovery—without the need to batch samples to achieve cost efficiency.

Reducing Environmental Impact
We care about environmental sustainability and recognize the environmental impact of sub-zero temperature shipping and packaging. To reduce this impact, 90% of our modular reagents can be shipped at room temperature, and 50% can be stored at room temperature. We remain committed to further increasing ambient shipping and storage options as part of our ongoing sustainability efforts.
