DNBSEQ App Library Circularization Kit
Using a PCR-free approach, this kit converts sequencing libraries generated from third-party kits (linear double-stranded DNA libraries) into circular, single-stranded DNA libraries compatible with Complete Genomics’ sequencers. Supports up to 16 reactions.
Requires use of High-Throughput Sequencing Primer Kit (sold separately).
Universal Library Conversion Kit (App-A)
Using a traditional PCR approach, this kit converts sequencing libraries generated from third-party kits (linear double-stranded DNA libraries) into circular, single-stranded DNA libraries compatible with Complete Genomics’ sequencers. Supports up to 16 reactions.
Requires use of High-Throughput Sequencing Primer Kit (sold separately).
High-Throughput Sequencing Primer Kit (Single End)
To be used in conjunction with either the DNBSEQ App Library Circularization Kit or the Universal Library Conversion Kit (App-A), this product makes third-party adapters compatible with Complete Genomics’ sequencers. Does not support paired-end sequencing.
Compatible with DNBSEQ-G400.
