DNBSEQ Fast PCR-FREE FS Library Prep Set
The DNBSEQ Fast PCR-FREE FS Library Kit is designed for preparing Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) PCR-Free libraries compatible with Complete Genomics DNBSEQ sequencers. This kit streamlines the library preparation process by combining fragmentation, end-repair, A-tailing and cleanup into a single step, significantly reducing overall time while ensuring high-quality results. Compatible with a wide DNA input range (25 – 900 ng) and multiple sample types for ultimate flexibility.
This kit provides increased compatibility across a wide range of applications: WGS (low pass, human/animal/plant (30x), microbial) and virus long amplicon sequencing.
Libraries generated with this kit can be sequenced directly on the DNBSEQ-T1+ and DNBSEQ-T7+ platforms. For sequencing on the DNBSEQ-G99 or DNBSEQ-T7, either the Dual Barcode Circularization Kit or the DNBSEQ OneStep Make DNB Reagent Kit V4.0 is required.
