DNBSEQ™ Fast RNA Library Prep Set
The DNBSEQ Fast RNA Library Kit is designed for preparing RNA libraries for the Complete Genomics DNBSEQ sequencers. Compatible with a wide RNA input range (10 ng – 1 ug) and multiple sample types for ultimate flexibility.
This automation-friendly kit streamlines the library preparation process by combining cDNA second strand synthesis and end-repair steps, significantly reducing overall time (~4 hrs) while ensuring high-quality results. This kit also includes additional flexibility in the second strand synthesis step. It comes with two buffer options (dNTP buffer and dUTP buffer) allowing users the option to either prepare a directional or non-directional library.
Libraries generated with this kit can be sequenced directly on the DNBSEQ-T1+ and DNBSEQ-T7+ platforms. For sequencing on the DNBSEQ-G99 or DNBSEQ-T7, either the Dual Barcode Circularization Kit or the DNBSEQ OneStep Make DNB Reagent Kit V4.0 is required.
