DNBSEQ Fast FS Library Prep Set
The DNBSEQ Fast FS Library Kit is designed for preparing DNA libraries compatible with Complete Genomics DNBSEQ sequencers. This automation-friendly kit streamlines the library preparation process by combining fragmentation, end-repair, A-tailing and cleanup into a single step, significantly reducing overall time (~2 hrs) while ensuring high-quality results. Compatible with a wide DNA input range (1 – 1,000 ng) and multiple sample types for ultimate flexibility.
This kit provides increased compatibility across a wide range of applications: WGS (human/animal/plant (30x), microbial), WES, amplicon sequencing, and metagenomic sequencing.
Libraries generated with this kit can be sequenced directly on the DNBSEQ-T1+ and DNBSEQ-T7+ platforms. For sequencing on the DNBSEQ-G99 or DNBSEQ-T7, either the Dual Barcode Circularization Kit or the DNBSEQ OneStep Make DNB Reagent Kit V4.0 is required.
