Uses a PCR-free approach to convert sequencing libraries generated from third-party kits (linear double-stranded DNA libraries) into DNBs ready to be sequenced with DNBSEQ-G99 and DNBSEQ-T7 sequencers. This kit supports up to 4 reactions.
DNBSEQ Universal Library Conversion Kit
Using a traditional PCR approach, this kit converts sequencing libraries generated from third-party kits (linear double-stranded DNA libraries) into circular, single-stranded DNA libraries compatible with DNBSEQ-G99 and DNBSEQ-T7 sequencers. This kit supports up to 16 reactions.

DNBSEQ DNA Clean Beads, 50ml
DNA Clean Beads are used for DNA sample purification and size selection. DNA longer than 100bp can be efficiently recovered. DNA Clean Beads are compatible with a variety of DNA and RNA library construction kits. PCR yield and fragment size distribution of constructed libraries are consistent with those following AMPure XP Beads.
