What You’ll Learn:
Join Complete Genomics at St. Michael’s Hospital and the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute to see how Stereo-seq is advancing single-cell and spatial biology research. With 0.5 µm resolution, large chip sizes, and support for Fresh Frozen and FFPE samples, Stereo-seq maps tissue architecture at unprecedented detail while capturing total RNA, including non-coding and microbial transcripts.
By integrating DNBSEQ-T1+ and DNBSEQ-T7 workflows coupled with FF and FFPE solutions in spatial transcriptomics, and leveraging GoOptical technology for precise molecular detection, Stereo-seq enables comprehensive mapping of tissue heterogeneity, cellular interactions, and novel biomarkers. Attendees can also apply for our Stereo-seq for Discovery Grant Program, offering free or discounted kits and sequencing support.
