What You’ll Learn:

Join Complete Genomics at the McMaster University Genomics Facility to explore Stereo-seq, the highest-resolution spatial transcriptomics platform available today. With 0.5 µm resolution and chip sizes up to 13 × 13 cm, Stereo-seq enables detailed molecular mapping across large tissue sections, supporting Fresh Frozen and FFPE samples. The platform integrates transcriptomics, proteomics, and histology, and captures total RNA, including non-coding and microbial content, for deeper biological insights.

Learn how Stereo-seq is advancing tissue research and find out how to apply for our Spatial Transcriptomics Grant Program to receive free or discounted kits and sequencing support.

  • Explore how Stereo-seq can enable unbiased discovery to answer biological questions by spatially visualizing gene expression profiles.
  • Apply for our Spatial Transcriptomics Grant Program for a chance to win free or discounted OMNI Kits with sequencing support.
