VP of Software

• IT services, staff and operations, including corporate and product development related operations.

• IT planning, strategy, architecture, technology choices, facilities, and organization.

• 10+ years experience as a professional IT manager, with previous Director or Sr. Director experience in a high tech or biotech company.

• Strong IT strategy, architecture and operational skills, with demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into IT infrastructure.

• Previous experience with high performance computing.

• Previous experience in product companies where IT is a critical product component.

• Demonstrated ability to scale from small to mid-sized organizations and to execute in a high-growth environment, and to lead large and complex IT projects from concept to delivery.

• Startup (industry) experience and good fit to culture of venture-backed startup company.

• Good collaboration and communication skills, ability to participate in an interdisciplinary team.

• BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree.
