The goal of the Complete Genomics User Community is to support Complete Genomics users, partners and collaborators by enabling the interaction and exchange of ideas, news, technical information and best practices to solve problems and get the most from Complete Genomics sequence data and service.

The User Community includes:

• A Forum where you can discuss ideas, solicit feedback, or ask questions of fellow researchers and Complete Genomics experts.
• A Tool Repository containing scripts and automated workflows created by Complete Genomics experts to help you analyze your data.  Please note that, unlike Complete Genomics CGA™ Tools, the scripts and programs available in the Complete Genomics Tool Repository are not formal product offerings, and as such are not fully supported by Complete Genomics. For more details, view the download page presented upon downloading any tool. As our User Community grows we will add a Community Tools section and ask our Members to provide us with Tools they have developed.
• A Knowledge Base that provides Complete Genomics documentation including Product and Application Notes, Datasheets and Tutorials.  It will also host Frequently Asked Questions, which the Complete Genomics support team will continue to update.
