Our technical support team provides comprehensive training, support and services that help you achieve maximum value from the data you receive.

This team currently consists of Ph.D.-level scientists with extensive bioinformatics experience. Our scientific applications team works with customers to address technical questions related to the service provided and the data results customers receive. This team also provides detailed training and support.

Our goal is to help you reach your biological discoveries faster. With clearly-defined, easy-to-implement processes, scientist-to-scientist collaboration on research design, and no-hassle access to the right technical people — right when you need them. We will help you understand and use the large amounts of data that are delivered as part of multi-human genome sequencing projects.

We’ve developed a Complete Genomics User Community based on your request for a place to communicate with fellow Complete Genomics customers and share insights and advice. The User Community includes:
